The location couldn’t be better - a 5 dollar Uber to pretty much everything Oldtown has to offer. Right off the 101 as well, so work commute is easy.

Since there are two open furnished bedrooms, I may be able to charge slightly less if you choose the smaller bedroom.

I currently live at the house with my two golden retrievers.

Though I don’t need a roommate financially, I feel a bit silly living in a big house alone, and have had some great roommates in the past. It would also be nice to have someone at the house to help with the dogs now and then. I work full time in a high level executive position… so I’m quiet during the week. On the weekends I tend to do my house chores, but also like to hit a local sports bar with friends. I don’t mind having a BBQ or pool party on occasion as well… but generally this is not a party house. I like to keep it pretty clean and organized.

I recently bought a new camper, so I try to camp now and then too.

Overall, pretty regular nice Midwest guy. .. looking for another regular guy.

I have had several roommates over the years and have remained friends with them all… so that’s the type of situation that I’m looking for.
