Jason's room

The apartment has a great view and is quite spacious. Downtown Ballard is a 20 minute walk, but the immediate area is quiet. We are on a hill, so it is two flights of stairs to get from the street to the unit. It is street parking, but there are usually plenty of spots. The apartment has a balcony and a downstairs patio that is shared by the other three units in the building. The available room has a private entry. The furniture in the pictures are available for use but can be removed if necessary.

I currently live alone with my dog, Bear. He’s extremely chill and friendly with people and other dogs. I love plants, wine and food. I am big on communication and respect of shared spaces. I love occasional roommate hangouts but also value my personal space and alone time. Bonus for dog owners! I manage a dog daycare, so your pup would get benefits!
