Hi! I’m looking for a reliable tenant to take over my lease to take over Dec 1st. Just signed 9/1/23 renews again 9/1/24. Located down the street from CUSM, freeway entrance on both sides of the apartment, train station is less than a 15 minute walk. Dogs and cats allowed. Property insurance is required in case of natural disaster damages. I only paid $20/month. I am willing to leave the security deposit of $800 as long as I have someone by the 1st of December. I don’t have pictures of the apartment but I do have a video. If you’re interested in seeing the video message me and I’ll send it to you.

I’m currently going through a break up and found myself in a tricky position without my ex to help me with bills. I have the opportunity to move in with my close friend due to financial issues and would not want to pass up the opportunity.
