North Webster Street

The property is a 4bd bungalow style home in North Portland. The room is located on the main floor and shares a bathroom with one roommate. The room is spacious with some built in shelving and plenty of light! The common areas of the house are furnished which include two living rooms, a kitchen fully stocked with cooking utensils, and two full bathrooms. We have laundry on site and included with the rent is twice a month yard service and a once a month cleaning service. We have a spacious back yard with a fire pit, plenty of space, and a grill perfect for the summer nights. There is also a garage on site that is mix used for recreation and storage. This home is located in North Portland only 15 minute walk from Mississipi street. We are also located 5 minutes from I-5 and a quick 5 minute walk to the Max station. The area is nice with lots of stuff to do!

There are currently two roommates: Taylor and Marvin Taylor: I am in my late 20s and work from home as a software developer. I enjoy going out for drinks, cooking, skiing, and camping. Im out of the house during most of the weekends and in most weekdays. I am looking for people who will respect the house and are looking for a place to enjoy all the activities that North Portland has to offer. Mississippi Ave is a couple of blocks from the house and Prost is right there ready with a stein!

Marvin: Late 20’s and I am a working artist. I work Sunday-Thursday so I am out of the house most days during the day. I spend a lot of time in my art studio in NW, other than that I enjoy watching and playing soccer, cooking for myself, and the occasional beer. I am a quiet roommate that is respectful. When at home I spend the majority of the time in my room and just relax.
