AVAILABLE 7/18/26. For temp stay (1-3 months) rent is $945 monthly. For long term rent is $885 monthly: ($820.00 if you are not cooking in the kitchen.) Room is clean and surroundings are peaceful. Home has a split floorplan, and room is on the other side of the master so there is a level of privacy. The pool and back yard are good chill spots. Centrally located (10 mins to Sawgrass Mall, turnpike, & 595). Grocery stores, food, and gyms directly in vicinity. The renovated bathroom is shared with 1 male tenant. I supply mats & shower curtains. Other than my occasional guests the bathroom is primarily yours and the expectation is to keep it clean and share cleaning duties with the other tenant. If you’re handy I may have a few house projects & we can barter w rent. No mail rec’d at house. Cleanliness a must!

I’m a working woman who owns the home. I can be somewhat of a homebody/TV watcher (when I’m in I’m in but when I’m out I’m out). I also travel at least 4x’s a year & hope you do too. Love music especially when cleaning and I try my best to keep my space and the home clean. I’m originally from NY so I’m a straight shooter and appreciate transparency. A good conversation also doesn’t hurt. I don’t look at it as renting a room I think of it as sharing a space. Mutual respect to one another, articles & the living space is a must. Looking for clean and responsible.
