This house features five bedrooms, with three of them currently occupied. We’re actively seeking another tenant to fill the another room. As housemates, we’ll be sharing common areas, including the living space, kitchen, basement living area, and the backyard. The available bedroom is generously sized, though it does involve sharing a bathroom with another tenant in the basement. This property offers plenty of living space and is situated in a secure, sought-after neighborhood.
