Room: Spacious master bedroom with extended vaulted ceilings on first floor with ensuite master bathroom and walk-in closet. Bedroom is carpeted with tile in bathroom. Everything is clean and brand new. Room currently not furnished (only a ceiling fan), but can be furnished if needed (if you are not bringing your own furniture). Property: The property is a new construction (finished construction in August 2023) townhouse in Westlake, FL in a gated community. As such, everything is new including appliances, plumbing, and wiring. It is an amazing 2-story townhouse with 3 bed / 2.5 bath. The master bedroom (room for rent) is on the first floor (Along with the living room, kitchen, dining room, and laundry), while the remaining 2 bedrooms (my room and office) are upstairs. There is an additional half bath (or powder room) by the front door for anyone/guests. Property also has a 2 car-width driveway and garage and a nice fenced back yard with covered lanai area. HOA handles landscaping. HOA also provides/maintains community areas such as the dog park, basketball/tennis courts, and water park. The HOA also hosts many activities for the residents to enjoy.

Area: The area is largely new construction. Outside of the neighborhood and very nearby is a fire station, grocery store right across the street, gas station, etc. all within walking distance. As this is a newer development area, it is about a 15+ minute drive from any larger shopping areas/malls until more is built and moves closer.

Rent: The rent includes all utilities and HOA.

I am currently the only one living on the property. I am a 28 year old male that works remotely (from home). I occupy the rooms upstairs and largely keep to myself. I cook and meal-prep often, but like to keep a tidy/clean kitchen and house. I am very accommodating and very straightforward with people. I don’t have any problems sharing food, cookware, tools, etc. I currently don’t have a car so the entire driveway is open, though that may change several months down the line. I don’t currently have any pets and I don’t have people over often (I am still a bit new to the area). I don’t use the living room much either so most of my time on the first floor is in the kitchen.
