Looking for a female roommate in Stamford, CT. Glenbrook neighborhood, right next to Glenbrook train station (walking distance). Ideal for someone who works in NYC if you commute. Move in date November 1st Security deposit & one months rent due when signing ONE YEAR lease. No subletting.

Must be clean, be able to pay rent & utilities on time, and help pay for household items. Utilities are NOT included in the 875, so the total monthly expensive average out to about $350 month (electric/gas/water/internet). There is laundry on site, parking, two full baths, a back patio. The bedroom you would be occupying is downstairs near kitchen and living room, plus you have an extra closet outside your room. This is a great deal for this price.

You would be living with two 20 something year old females. One of us is a teacher the other is a server. We live in a three story home, newly renovated.

We like to have people over on occasion but we prefer someone who is low key, not a crazy partier. We like to go out to eat/drinks on occasion. Someone friendly & social would be a great fit. 🤗 NO PETS ALLOWED

You would be living with 2 other young professionals who are friendly and very clean and would love someone who is clean and friendly :)
