Looking for two people for my two bedroom, 1 bathroom townhouse, $650/room.

The house is in a great location (close to downtown RO and Ferndale, 20 min from Detroit), right across the streets are stores & restaurants, it is newly renovated and comes with a deck, parking ,and a backyard. The house and the rooms are not furnished. There is a washer in the property (in the basement) but no dryer. There’s a driveway for a parking.

A little about myself; I am 28 year old female. I am originally from Pennsylvania but have been a Michigander since I moved here for Undergrad. I graduated from University of Michigan in 2017 and am currently working as a Mechanical Engineer in the Auto Industry.
