Makena's room

The house is a 2 story, 1,750 sqft, 3 bed 2.5 bath new construction in Kemah, Tx. I will be closing on the house in early December. It is in close proximity to Kemah boardwalk and plenty of other restaurants. The neighborhood is all new construction so there will be plenty of people looking to make friends with their neighbors. The neighborhood has a lake with a walking trail and is constructing a pool. Electrical bill should not be more than $25/mo since it’s an energy efficient home.

It will just be myself and my dog River living there right now. I am 23 years old, graduated from Texas A&M in December 2021. I work in sales for renewable energy. I work from home 3 days a week and work downtown 2 days a week. I have friends and family in the area so will definitely be having people over for wine nights/themed parties. I go to church at Clear Creek Community and attend a bible study there. My dog will be 4 on Christmas, she is a chocolate mutt (lab, pit, hunting dog mix? lol) She’s super friendly and loves cuddles. Would ideally love someone who is looking to be friends, I am super excited to be buying my first home and would love a cool girl to make memories in it.
