Hello! My roommates and I are looking for one person to rent out a room in our 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house starting December 1st. Rent is $750 a month not including utilities or wifi. You will have your own room, the bathroom is shared with one other person but has dual sinks so you will have your own space. The house is fully furnished, washer and dryer are available and there is plenty of street parking with the driveway available for parking as well. We are located only 5 miles from campus, close to shopping centers and old town Camarillo. We are all females and would prefer to add another female roommate. We are clean and respectful of each others so we are looking for someone with similar qualities. Sadly our property management does not allow any pets.
