Katie's room

The property is uptown, Vancouver, less than a half mile walk from Main Street. I have a spare bedroom to offer. I live in the top story of a duplex which is right across the street from a lovely park. There are two bedrooms, and one bathroom to share. I have a kitty and will be adopting a dog as well, having gotten permission from the landlord. There is a really nice deck to hang out on when the weather is right.

I am currently living here alone. I am a 37-year-old single female, who works full-time from home. I am also going to school and will be pursuing a masters to become a registered dietitian. I enjoy running, baking, and enjoying the outdoors.
