Cassidy's room

2 upstairs bedrooms are available, which share a full bathroom. Large closet spaces, carpeted rooms and hallway with linen closet. I do have 1 queen sized bed that can be set up if needed or a full size futon if preferred. There is also a full, unfinished basement for extra storage or hang out space. Quiet street located off Skelton rd. The rent and bills totals at about $2000 and will be split equally by all over 18 years old.

The current tenants include: Myself, 31 year old female My boyfriend, 33 year old male My daughter, 8 year old female. My boyfriend and I both work a mininmum of 40 hour weeks, including 12 hour days on weekends. I also have a large breed dog, 11 year old male. I am more than willing to accept other animals as well, so long as they get along with my dog.
