Guest or on-street parking. Also includes access to patio, dining room and living room. We have a beautiful ocean themed living room and bathroom, and Grape & Vinyard themed kitchen and dining room.

The apartment is in a quiet back corner of the complex which is amazing, I feel its the best part of the complex actually. The gym and more is very close. Complex is very modern w/ recently remodeling, USB/regular wall jacks for convenience, vinyl flooring, great A/C and heating. The complex has many redwoods & pines & landscaping for a cozy, mountain retreat-like feeling. I love it here.

Seeking a longterm, stable, working, respectful person w/no prob affording rent, friendly, able to communicate, and good spirited. To me it’s uncomfortable to live w/someone you can’t talk to or think of as a friend. Prefer no more pets but it may be negotiated, please don’t hesitate to message with any questions!

The apartment is shared by myself who’s head of household, and a current long-term roommate named Samuel, we have two older cats often in our rooms. I recently lost my mother this year.

Both of us work, have stable incomes and are responsible people. I work from home managing online communities throughout the day and night, I am a very big anime/comic/game nerd, and have worked in the entertainment industry for years. I also deal with chronic pain conditions.

Samuel is a Line Cook working most days of the week, afternoon & evenings. Our home typically remains pretty quiet, neither of us drink/smoke, we’re often nightowls but remain cautious not to disturb.
