I’m finding a room for the person I’m currently renting it from. You are not taking over a lease; I am moving out of state.

The room comes with the full use of an office. All bedrooms, the office, and your restroom are upstairs. The office has a desk. You have access to the kitchen as well. There is covered parking, tennis courts, and a pool during summer months. I’ve been quite comfortable here. I will update with photos tomorrow.

You are very close to LSUS. Gullos Fresh Produce has absolutely one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. (Tell them to add a fried green tomato with the remoulade.) Pita De’ Nova has wonderful gyros.

The elderly gentleman you’ll be renting from has worked in journalism, public relations, and nonprofits here in Shreveport and obtained his Masters from LSUS. He’s an excellent roommate and can be quite helpful if you’re in any of those fields. He’s worked for LSUS, local papers, and founded at least one nonprofit. He has been extremely easy to live with. I did not ask if he was comfortable renting to LGBTQ+.
