This 3-bedroom house is situated in a serene and picturesque area in Carbon Canyon, nestled between Brea and Chino Hills. It is a good central point between various surrounding cities. It is located on a hill and offers a stunning view of the surroundings while being extremely quiet and peaceful. The house has a spacious backyard, its own garage, its own parking space although limited.

The master bedroom is available for rent and comes with its own private entry, bathroom, and closet. The kitchen is shared. Additionally, there is an exclusive parking spot available for the tenant.

If you are interested in sharing a home rather than just a room, this might be the perfect opportunity for you. I am looking for one or perhaps two roommates who can coordinate the limited parking situation at the location or share a car. Couples or multiple people sharing 1 room might be considered at a higher cost.
