My house is ideal for a roommate/upstairs family. We stay downstairs all day and only come up to my master suite to sleep and shower. I keep a clean house and i am privacy conscious person. I can “un-furnish” any of my rooms and I also have a garage that can accommodate some storage. I am only offering my extra room and possible loft to ONE PERSON/FAMILY… so if you rent from me, it will not be open to anyone else but a family. I will not move anyone else in if the second room isn’t rented. I’m forty-two and my son is seven. We have a Great Dane who is the laziest dog on the planet! She is trained to not invade my rented areas… but you still have to be a dog friendly type of person. I may be open to bringing your dog in depending on a meet and greet and what breed. If Huge backyard. We live across a residential street from an awesome K-8 school, and walking distance to a high school. All amenities are included… high speed Wi-Fi, electric/solar and all phx water/trash services. Plus you will be provided (for free) a medium size fridge and personal microwave to help with keeping all food as separate as possible. Use of downstairs pantry is still included. All other amenities are included…downstairs microwave (included with your personal upstairs microwave), washer/dryer, oven/stove. Personal bathroom included. My son and I are very private and very quiet so I really need renters that can try to match that energy. 100% NO subletting or overnight stays from non renters. Month to month lease.
