Window ac framed in wall in room also baseboard heater with thermostat. Heater inside bathroom. Internet and 2 utilities total everything is split 3 ways. Parking available. Lease agreement is no loud noise past 10pm and no smoking in the house. Maintenance is done right away with property management. Washer and drier in garage.

Im a homebody when I’m not working. I work 9-5. I have a two year old cat. Roommate is retired at home or out with his son. Month to month and added to the lease if it works out. Your friends family or guests are welcomed to spend the night or for reasonable visiting.
