The area is quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. You will most likely need to have a car as the nearest bus stop, is about a 10+ minute walk.
House is currently occupied by the owner (Florine/Female in her early 70’S) and two male roommates in their early 20’s & early 30’s. The house is immaculate and located within a 55+ community. I am looking for a clean, respectful and considerate male or female to occupy the 4th room. you are welcome to smoke outside but absolutely no smoking inside of the house. Please keep in mind the bathroom will be shared with 2 male roommates and you will take turn every week maintaining it.
