I am looking for a female in her 20s to take over my lease asap. The lease ends April 30th. Its a Master Bedroom in a 3 bed townhome. It has its own bathroom and a walk in closet! Super friendly neighbors, safe complex, quiet.
Room is carpeted, rest of apartment is wood floors. Lots of storage in the bathroom. Washer and dryer, dishwasher included! Common areas are furnished.
Located right off exit 3. Very edge of green hills. Close to Hillsboro Village, Belmont University, 12 South. Honestly can’t be a better location!
Rent is $920 month(water included) + internet + electric.

About the roomies
Two roommates and one small dog! 22 & 24. Both work at Vanderbilt Hospital. One is in medical research, the other is in Social Work. They mostly keep to themselves. Very clean and tidy. They both love exploring nashville and hanging out with friends! They both attend church and are involved in bible studies.
