Jennifer's room

I have two rooms and an office available for rent. However, I am only renting to one person/family. If the second room is being used, it is only open to the same person/one family. The way my house is set up is ideal for a roommate upstairs. There is pretty much zero noise pollution between the downstairs in the upstairs.

I am female and my son is in grade two. I have a Great Dane who’s the laziest dog on the planet. Not a barker at all and has been trained to not invade roommate areas. Private bathroom PLUS a private medium size refrigerator and microwave included with the room. If you want the room/rooms unfinished, that can be arranged. Full use of all appliances… washer and dryer, oven/stove, microwave kitchen area is a common room in general. Me and my son only go upstairs to sleep and shower in the master. I’m a very quiet clean and private person, so I need my roommate to try to match that type of energy as much as possible. Loft/office area can be discussed. All amenities are included and shared. Private, full bathroom included. I do have storage available in my garage as well. Driveway parking if needed is included. Directly across a neighborhood street from a K-8 school and very close to a high school.
