Entire house to yourself (at roommate cost!) from December 1st to end of April (or shorter if you don’t need that full length). May onwards I am likely not going to continue a roommate situation as I will be back living in the house, but, potentially for the right roommate I could consider it for a few months if you needed. My master bedroom/bathroom will be locked and off limits, the rest of the house is yours to use. It’s a large yard and deck, surrounded by forest of Bella Vista. It’s a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house, the third bedroom is set up as my office (not pictured). From December-April you will be able to park in the garage since I will not be living there. The house was built only a couple years ago so everything is new and in great condition.

No one else will be living here, not even me. I do have dogs, so you need to be okay with having had dogs in the house. But as we will not be living there at the same time as you, you will not need to interact with them.

The bedroom is furnished (queen bed, desk) with a walkin closet. If you don’t want the furnishings they can be moved out. The rest of the house is furnished.
