Boulders Lakeview is a nice, quiet, and well-kept community. The apartments are spacious and have lovely balconies. It’s a great place if you have pets. There’s a walking trail behind the apartments for people who enjoy taking walks. And inside the apartments, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen with nice countertops and stainless-steel appliances for great cooking. Plus, there are laundry machines in your home, big closets, and other modern stuff to make your space both practical and stylish.

I am a friendly and accommodating individual. You won’t be sharing the apartment with me since I’ve started a new job in the DC area and need someone to take over my 13-month lease. I’ve only been in the apartment for 2 months, so the lease will be in effect until September 3, 2024. The apartment will be available for you by November 1, 2023, or even earlier if you prefer.
