I had plans to move out to Fort Collins, Colorado after graduating from college in April. I signed a lease to live with a friend from high school who was also moving out there, as she was beginning her 1-year Master’s program at Colorado State University. However, my plans changed and I was unable to move out to Colorado, so I am looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease. It is available until 7/31/2024. The other tenant who lives in this apartment is a 22-year-old working on her Master’s at CSU. She is busy with her school work and studies hard. She is quiet, yet funny and kind. She enjoys hiking and loves coffee. Additionally, she is respectful of shared spaces and values maintaining a clean and organized living environment. She is open to building a friendly and respectful relationship with the new tenant while also appreciating personal space and privacy.
