Room in a cute single family home on a very quiet street with great neighbors. Looking for a CLEAN, respectful and honest person. No pets please but there is a 5 y/o cat who mainly stays to himself in his bedroom. Unfurnished or furnished. All utilities Included as well as fast Xfinity WIFI.
Public transportation is only 2 blocks away off of Harford rd. There is a driveway and plenty of street parking. Laundry room in premises. Other amenities include charcoal and gas grills on patio, firepit in big backyard, relaxing swing on front porch, sunroom to read and relax or workout (there is a stationary bike, ab machine and some light weights and space for yoga mat, etc) Central heating and cooling. Not too far from 695 and 95. Great location!

About the roomies
Only sharing bathroom and kitchen with 1 professional male. He cleans after himself. Stays to himself and mostly in his room. Works hybrid M-F. Some days from home some days at downtown office. I occasionally stay for a few days 2-3x a year but have my own bathroom.
