Brandon's room

Renting out a room in a condo in Buckhead. Rent is $900 per person not including utilities. There is a current deposit so no deposit will be due until March when the lease renews. The condo is about 1200 square feet. The room will be unfurnished. Pool tennis courts and small weight room is onsite. Current lease is up in March and we can decide then to renew together or not. The leasing office will verify income and do a background check.

I currently work as a nurse in the area that allows for remote work 3 days a week. I like to keep a clean fairly quite and peaceful space. I am looking for another professional that has similar goals and values as myself.
