I have one room available with a key lock door. Will receive key after deposit is made. Very spacious bedroom, own closet. Shared upstairs bathroom with everyone at the moment (downstairs shower currently needs repairs). Rent includes all utilities and food(if you buy your own please name it). I am requiring first and last months rent as the deposit is $1,900. Cat friendly and kid friendly as there is two toddlers in the house.

Me, one female with two toddlers and a cat. We are cannabis friendly, alcohol every now and then. Very two chill roommates and love having our own space. Don’t worry we won’t invade yours. We work during the day and in bed early but we just ask for respect of the kids
