Hello, I own a 2/2 in Independence Bay located Deerfield Beach. My daughter lives in it and we are looking to rent the extra bedroom/bathroom, which will become available as of July 2024 (or maybe mid June). The apartment is fully furnished (even the bedroom with super comfy mattress) and night stand. The unit is newly renovated with new appliances and tile floors (no worries about spills), and also has new washer and dryer in unit, and its own parking space. The community is super safe and quiet with 24-hour security guard plus double-gated entry. It has two swimming pools, gym, tennis and racketball courts. It’s a short drive to the beaches and FAU. There is a Publix next door and it’s next to the sawgrass highway.

My daughter is a senior at FAU. Looking for a responsible and CLEAN student or young professional. No parties.
