A large beautiful 2600 sqft home that is located in a safe, quiet, rural, and friendly neighborhood, with the absolute best neighbors you could ever ask for. We all look out for one another, and help each other whenever we can, our neighbors are our extended family. The home has a stone front, a well kept lawn, and a covered wrap around front porch. It has a very open floor plan, with hardwood floors. There is a large 55“ HD TV with full cable access, and the home includes very fast (1.2Gbs) wifi. It has a large open kitchen with tile floors, lots of counter space, a spacious French Door refrigerator, and a separate walk-in pantry with lots of shelf space attached. There is a laundry room with front loading washer and dryer. The tenant will also enjoy access to use all of the common areas, which includes the laundry, the great room where the big screen TV and gaming consoles are located, the dining room, breakfast nook, and the kitchen. It is a pet friendly home, for friendly pets, and there is a $650 non-refundable deposit required for each pet. There is a large recently built dog park, Plumb Creek Dog Park, right beside our subdivision. I have a sweet Newfoundland dog, so I understand just how important they are to us all. The home also includes a full security system, with HD cameras overseeing all sides, which all renters will be given access to. We are located in rural West Knox County, 4 miles from Turkey Creek, there is also lots of other shopping in every direction close by as well, and there are also two nearby hospitals (Parkwest is 2 miles away, and Tennova Turkey Creek is 4 miles away).

This room is a standard sized room, with a large bay window that is covered with blinds, a queen sized bed, a night stand, a large 9 drawer dresser, access to cable tv, and a large walk-in closet. This room also includes a full bath/shower. The rent for this room is $650 per month, based on single occupancy, and requires a $650 refundable deposit and first month’s rent in advance.

The initial lease will be for a 3 month term, which I believe is fair to everyone, and once that initial period has expired longer term leases (6 or 12 months) can be offered.

A full Roomies ID Check, Background Check, and Credit Check will be required prior to lease signing and moving in.

I am a widowed, retired Network Engineer, and before that I was a law enforcement officer for 10 years, and I was also deployed to Iraq for 67 months. We are a very friendly, helpful, and non-judgemental home looking for like minded renters.
