A beautiful 2600 sqft home that is located in a safe, quiet, rural, and friendly neighborhood, with the absolute best neighbors you could ever ask for, we all look out for one another, and help each other whenever we can, our neighbors are our extended family. The home has a stone front, a well kept lawn, and a covered wrap around front porch. It has a very open floor plan, with hardwood floors. There is a large 55“ HD TV with full cable access, and the home includes very fast wifi. It has a large open kitchen with tile floors, lots of counter space, a spacious French Door refrigerator, and a separate walk-in pantry with lots of shelf space attached. It is a pet friendly home, for friendly pets, and there is a $650 non-refundable deposit required for each pet. There is a large, recently built, dog park right beside our subdivision. I have a sweet Newfoundland dog, and a 16.5 year old cat, so I understand just how important they are to us all. The home also includes a full security system, with HD cameras overseeing all four sides, which all renters will be given access to. We are located in rural West Knox County, 4 miles from Turkey Creek.

This room, is the Master Bedroom. It is a very large sprawling room, with numerous large windows which are all covered with blinds, and an attached sitting room. This room also has an attached bathroom area, with a double sink with lots of counter space, a jaccuzi tub, a stand alone shower, and a private restroom area. Attached to the bathroom area is a very large walk-in closet with several hanger racks and plenty of floor space, and there is a small separate storage closet that is also attached to the closet. This room is furnished with a king sized bed, two night stands, large dresser, and an armoir with a 40“ 4K smart TV and full cable access. The rent for this room is $1000 per month, based on single occupancy (we can certainly discuss higher occupancy, if needed), with a $650 refundable deposit and first month’s rent due in advance.

A valid state issued driver’s license and social security card will be required for full background checks to be performed on all potential renters, and a minimum 3 month lease will be required to begin with.

I am a widowed retired Network Engineer, and before that I was a law enforcement officer for 10 years, and I was deployed to Iraq for 67 months. We are a very friendly, helpful, and non-judgemental home looking for like minded renters.
