Reason for $0 rent is to occasionally assist me with things I can’t/shouldn’t do anymore. (Climb ladders, get into cramped spaces, take my vehicle to maintenance, etc.) You should be physically fit to do these. Plus, I know I should not travel alone anymore. You will be more like a ‘live-in caregiver’ than a roomie. I do enjoy nice massages. You don’t have to be trained as such. Nice massage room with table provided. (see pic) I will encourage you to save most of what rent you say you would normally pay to build up a nice nestegg for yourself while here. Plus, the house is just too quiet. Needs some younger ‘sparkle’. Casual living. You can be YOU while here. Two rooms (one shared) are available. You will have complete access to entire house while here. No rent, no utilities.
