We share common spaces like the kitchen, living room, laundry and fenced in back yard! There is an option to park in the garage, you could rotate garage parking with the roommate. He is a 27 y/o male that works full time and he is super nice and down to earth!
To move in: Complete a rental application. Super easy. Deposit - $700 Monthly rent - $550 Pet rent (if you have a pet) - $25 a month. Utilities are not included and they are split evenly. Utilities and wifi. The room could come with a bed (mattress and frame) both only used for 2 months for $300.
Pretty flexible on move in. Dec 1 would be great.
