Everything in the bedroom is new–carpet, bed, etc. Bring your belongings and make this home. The room will be furnished. This is more than a room, you’ll have access to most of the home–kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry, gym, etc. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and has security outside. The neighbors are nice and everyone seems to respect each other. Although you are renting a room, this is a home that anyone (young or old; male or female; straight or gay) should feel at home and safe in. Prior to moving, in will be furnished

Hi, my name is Wayne (my family calls me Ron). I’ve seen the highs and lows of life; seen the worst and best of people. I believe that internally everyone is good no matter their worst moments. Everyone can change. If you are getting your life back together, or just trying to save money, I won’t judge. I like to eat but never have time to cook, so if you like to cook thats always a plus, but not necessary. When I’m not working, I like to be out in the world/nature or just have a drink and relax in front of the tv. Anyway, I don’t have much to say about myself always working. If you are serious, want a relaxing non-judgmental atmosphere this is it.
