We live in a cute little duplex, its a quiet little neighborhood and everyone keeps to themselves in the area, no loud neighbors. And it’s pet friendly. We have a washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, and stove. There’s also a garage that we mostly use as storage but the driveway is big enough for two cars.

We are a little family of nerds. A husband, wife, two little girls, and our cousin. We like to play dnd and game together. We’re currently dealing dealing a roommate who has two animals who aren’t friendly to our daughters. She’s been burning wax two of us are allergic to and isn’t working with us on anything. We’ve got two really friendly cats and a dog who loves kids and is also friendly with other animals. We’re really good about paying bills on time and trying to work well with our roommate We’re just in a bad situation now. Our current roommate is dangerous to have around for our health and our kids. We’re hoping to find someone who won’t mind being around us. We’re generally really easy to get along with and we will be accommodating for any allergies or issues our roommate might have. We just need someone who doesn’t mind kids and is willing to work with us. Our lease is up in July here unless we get someone we work well with.
