Michelle's room

This master bedroom comes with an attached private bathroom and spacious closet. The four-bedroom house is occupied by myself and my fiancé. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, solar panels, washer/dryer unit, and tranquil backyard space with fruit trees and seating. The house is located in a quiet, quaint part of Concord. Many amenities are very close by - Concord BART, restaurants, gyms, library, and local parks are within a 5-minute drive. Gas station, bike trail, and bus stop is around the corner from the home. Utilities are not included.

What we are looking for in a roommate: No smoking/drugs No pets Respectful of other housemates Helps with house chores, like cleaning kitchen and vacuuming.

I and my fiancé Kyle live on-site and will be your roommates. I work in the employee benefits industry, and Kyle is working in bio-tech. Aside from our jobs, we enjoy rock climbing, yoga, board games, reading, camping, adventuring, and more. We also have two friendly orange cats and one loving dog who live in the house as well.
