I am looking for a roommate to share a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath fully furnished condo at the INFINITYa premier, full service building located in the heart of Soma/South beach area in San Francisco.

The condo is in a safe neighborhood and very close proximity to Embarcadero, SOMA, and the financial district. Its also walking distance to the Ferry building, many restaurants, coffee shops, retail and grocery shopping. Walking distance to public transportation including Bart and Muni.

The INFINITY has many amenities including— • 24-hour concierge/attended lobby • 5,000 square foot fitness center • 75-foot long heated indoor pool • Club lounge with catering kitchen and bar • Movie theater room • Business center • Landscaped courtyard with waterfall • Prospect restaurant within the complex

The Condo— The condo is on a high floor with a split floor plan and has a private balcony with amazing views of both downtown sf/bay bridge! The condo has floor to ceiling windows, fully furnished common areas, a stocked kitchen with new appliances, central heating/ac and a in unit washer and dryer.

The Room— It is a fully furnished private room with a queen size bed, dressers, and a closet. Attached private Bathroom. The room has a large window with Ample natural sunlight and has a beautiful view of downtown SF!

Key Details— The rent is $2200 per month for private room and utilities are additional that will be split 50-50. The room will be available in the end of Jan/Feb 1. Lease term is 6+ months. No parking is included but can be obtained at an additional cost from the office.
