The condo is on a high floor with views of both sf downtown/bay bridge. It located across the Google building, very close to Embarcadero and financial district. It is also walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, retail and grocery shopping. Very close to public transportation , BART, ferry and muni.

There are many amenities including 24/7 doorman/concierge, gym, club lounge, business center, and movie theatre. There is both central AC/heating and a washer/dryer in the unit.

The Room— It is a fully furnished room with a queen size bed and a dresser. The room has Ample natural sunlight and has a beautiful view of downtown SF. Full bathroom next to room.

Key Details— The rent is $1950 per month and utilities are additional that will be split 50-50. The room will be available at the end of December. Lease term is 6+ months. No parking is included.
