2 bedroom 1 bath home approximately 840 sq. ft. with 2 car garage (used for an office) large yard. washer and dryer, home is furnished except your room, all utilities paid including, water, sewer, trash, gas, electric, and lawn-care, also includes internet , Netflix and Hulu. parking on street or in driveway.

I have small dogs and a cat, im a very laid back person, i dont smoke and rarely drink, but i dont care if you do, just dont smoke in the house or have to smoke going into the house also i dont care if you drink just dont want someone who is always drunk. must love/or super like animals so i dont have to worry about there being an issue with them. i will compromise about almost anything. i would like for us to help eachother save money.
