Hi! We are looking for someone to take over our portion of the lease we are on (1bed/private bathroom). The room available in the apartment is part of a 2 bed and2 bath. My boyfriend and I are relocating due to work and need someone to move in mid November . The complex is located off of Patterson in a good neighborhood. You have ralphs, trader joes at your closest groceries store (5 mins away). The premises has a pool and jacuzzi , BBQ grills, a gym, an allocated parking spot as well as designated parking lot for tenants and guests. The apartment also has a in unit laundry, your own patio and is pet friendly for dogs. The roommates here are a master’s student and a working professional both in their early twenties, they are clean, respectful and quiet. The people living in the other bedroom are very kind, respectful, clean, friendly, and quiet. One is a masters student at UCSB (23y/o) studying computer science and the other works for the financial aid department at UCSB (24y/o). They are interested in just hanging in their room when they are home and are out most of the day either working or at school. Ideal roommates!
