Hello! I have a partially furnished bedroom (missing a full-size mattress) for an individual available for rent in our townhouse. Available now for move-in.

Bedroom: Private room is located on 1st floor with closet. Spacious room that fits bed and desk. Private bathroom is LOCATED ON THE 3RD FLOOR!! Hence the discount. Please be sure you will be okay with walking up and down two flights of stairs to use the bathroom before contacting me.

Utilities: All included with the room. Comes with onsite dryer and washer as well as internet access, electricity, gas, water and trash. You will have full access to the kitchen with fridge and cabinet space allocated.

Location: Located near Sepulveda & Western. Clean and safe location close to Wholefoods, H-Mart, Costco, 99 Ranch, Target, Walmart all within 10-15min drive. LAX and Redondo Beach within 15-20min drive. Close to the 110 freeway.

House rules:

• Couples not allowed.
• Smoking not allowed.
• Overnight guests not allowed.
• Pets not allowed.
• Street parking available.

Security deposit refundable upon ending of lease. You will be required to show proof of income.

Lease term is 2 months and month-to-month thereafter.
