Portage Bay West

Stonegate Village Apartments has a fitness center, two pools, two laundry rooms, is very quiet, and has multiple bus stops. The room itself is very spacious and has it’s own bathroom. We suggest getting a roommate if you don’t want to pay the listed price. And since the room is slightly smaller than our shared room, you would pay even less if you got a roommate. The apartment is right next to the laundry room, so there is easy access. Let us know if you have any questions!

There are two of us currently, Alex (me) and Sophia (both females). We share a room and get along really well with each other and others. We love to make new friends! We are both very studious, and although we are quiet we also love to have fun. We are very clean, but don’t mind if your own space is a bit messy, as long as the shared space is kept clean. Often we are up late, but we are always respectful of others and their sleeping schedules. The people in the complex are kind and mostly keep to themselves. We don’t do any kinds of drugs and drink very very rarely. We love animals, however there is an animal deposit that the apartment would require should you have one. I am terrified of snakes however, so if you have one let us know so that I can get some exposure therapy beforehand. Please let us know if you have any questions!
