Home is less than 5min south of the wholesale district downtown.

Included in rent are all utilities and high speed internet. Washer/Dryer in unit as well. One garaged parking spot is available as well.

The room is move-in ready October 20th. It is the secondary bedroom with private bathroom and has a walk in closet. Secondary bedroom is $850 per month. Room can be fully furnished for additional $100 per month. Furnished room includes queen bed mattress and frame, office desk and office chair.
