Hello, I have 1 room for rent located by Antelope and 80 in Citrus Heights. The room will be on a month-to-month contract. I prefer someone who works full time and has no pets but has no problems with them. The house already has 2 other tenants. There are 3 dogs already on property so I would rather not have anymore. Small dog may be considered. Smoking is allowed outside of the property. The room can be furnished or unfurnished, whichever you would need. If furnished it will have a queen size bed on a bed frame, large dresser with mirror, and a nightstand. I have bedding but would prefer if you brought your own. Rent will be $1,000 a month (that is everything included utilities, WiFi, etc.) and you will need it to move into the house, and NO security deposit needed. There will be a standard rental agreement. The room is available now!! I am pretty much available whenever to show the room.

We are all very laid back people and do a great job at cleaning up after ourselves. We pretty much all do our own thing and run into each other in the kitchen most of the time. It’s very quiet here and quiet neighborhood.
