About the house. Two-story with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Decent sized kitchen with plenty of counter and cabinet space for 2 people. You would have one side and I would have the other. All bedrooms are upstairs.
About the room. Furnished, queen-sized bed with raised bedframe, dresser, night stand, small closet, and Fire TV. For those who work on a laptop, the room also has a computer desk with monitor, keyboard/mouse, and docking station. Being furnished, the room is intended more so for people needing a temporary place. A more permanent arrangement can be made after a trial period if the person wants to stay longer. Although the bathroom you would be using isn’t private per se, you would be the only one using it.
Perks: near 526 onramp and if you don’t drive there is a bus stop in walking distance, grocery store around the corner, multiple routes to get to where you’re going (usually 15-20 minutes), and located in a cul-de-sac which gives the subdivision some privacy.
No pets. No smoking. No couples.
About me. I am a pretty quiet (and boring) person. I mainly chill at the house (movies, music, video games) and sometimes like to grab a drink or two at the local pub. Not a clean freak by any means, but I know how to keep common areas clean.
About you. Clean, responsible, quite. Also, I’d like a person who knows how to be a social/friendly roommate without being too intrusive. I’m not looking for someone who locks themselves in the room all day and avoids interaction of any kind. That just seems weird.
