Looking for someone to replace one of our current roommate on the lease. You will have your own room+ balcony to yourself. The kitchen,living room, and bathroom are a shared space. We do have a schedule for cleaning each shared area so it doesnt get to messy :)! Bills aside from rent would be Wifi every month Electricity every 2 months
About the roomies
I am a recent graduate from csun working at a private school. My other roommate is currently a csun student. We live 5/6 minutes away from csun and we live in front of two gyms.
