This is a room for rent in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in the West Wash Park area. There’s also an option to rent an additional bedroom as an office space or second bedroom. There is one person, male, 29, currently living here and looking for a roommate. The living room/common area is furnished with a newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom. There is a parking space available in the back alley in the garage. There is a basement with plenty of room for storage of personal belongings and a washer and dryer. The kitchen has plenty of storage space for your culinary belongings and there is also a large pantry space with plenty of storage. There is a very small front yard and a small/medium back yard. The lease terms can be flexible depending on your situation. The preference is for medium to long term rental, open to the renter having pets for an additional fee of $50/month. If it is a cat it will depend on whether it gets along with the dog currently living there. There is an additional 10’x10’ bedroom that is available to a renter that can be used as an office or additional private space for an additional $500/month. If the renter does not wish to use that room it will be used as a guest room / extra storage space for the owner (current occupant) and the tenant.

I’m the owner of the house and currently the only one living here. I’m 29 and a working professional. I go into the office most days but work from home sometimes on Mondays and Fridays. I have a 2 year old dog who loves people.
