I am a single man (57), in a gated community. 10 steps to the community pool. Your parking is my driveway. Your bathroom is across the hallway, my visiting guests should be allowed use to the bathroom (very rare). Utilities provided, strong internet. Cable in your bedroom will provided with 1-DVR box. Absolutely no drugs/no pets/no smoking. I am open to removing the furniture if needed. Let’s talk!
