Renting out furnished basement in a 3 bedroom house. The basement includes a living area, laundry room (shared), 3/4 bathroom, and a bedroom. Parking space in garage included. Storage space also available. Bedroom furnishings include bed, dresser, and side table. Living room furnishings include a sectional couch, 72“ smart TV w/soundboard & sub on a stand, and a table. Main level consists of a living area, kitchen, space bedroom, and a full bathroom.

I have 2 friendly dogs - 2 yr old Pomeranian and 3 yr old labrador retriever mix. I’m a working professional so I’m in the office 8 to 5 Monday through Friday. I like a quiet home, I go to bed early, and I am up early. I am looking for someone with a similar schedule. There is a park next to by subdivision as well as a few trails. All your shopping needs are nearby also. I live in a pocket neighborhood so there is never any through traffic. It’s quiet and I have decent neighbors, everyone is friendly but mostly keeps to themselves.
