This room should be priced at about $1,200 but we lowered the rent hoping to get a responsible, clean roommate.

APARTMENT: The apartment is a very large full floor unit, AIRY, and SUNNY with plenty of PRIVACY for everyone. Everyone in the building is very quiet… no loud music or parties in the building. In general, a very calm and relaxing environment.

BEDROOM: The bedroom has a view of trees and sky. The room is large, bright, quiet, has high ceiling, dimmable recessed lighting, hardwood floors and exposed BRICKS. Even has a brand new rug for the winter.

LIVING ROOM 1: One small living room with two big chairs and a coffee table, good for lounging and reading

LIVING ROOM 2 (MAIN): Main living room is huge, has exposed brick walls, dimmable lighting. Living room has a dining area with a table and a lounging area with two big chairs and a coffee table facing the windows. Beautifully furnished, bright and airy.

KITCHEN: Kitchen has dishwasher, disposal, butcher-block countertops and over-the-range microwave. Open kitchen is part of the living room and has a butcher-block bar that divides the kitchen from the living room.

BATHROOM: Nice clean bathroom, modern, has a washer and dryer in it.

RENT: The rent INCLUDES heat, hot water, electricity+ free use of washer and dryer (once a week).

TERMS: Minimum rent period is 6 months. Required to move in: first month rent + last month rent + $500 security deposit. Decent credit required.

ABOUT THE LOCATION: walking distance from Stop and Shop, World Market Basket, Bank of America, Dollar Stores, post office, Dunkin’ Donuts, CVS pharmacy and many other stores and restaurants + 10 minutes away from Franklin Park and 30-minute walk to South Bay center (10-minute drive) where have Target, Best Buy, Panera, and tons of other stores and restaurants. The walk to South Bay is along Columbia Road great for a daily walk. All in all, just a perfect location within walking distance of great commercial spaces and amazing natural spots (Franklin Park is nothing short than spectacular). Franklin Park has immense green areas, trees and even trails and a golf club. For those who do not know this park it will be a great discovery.

NEARBY PUBLIC TRANSPORT: There are tons of buses stopping right at the corner on Colombia road, and down the street as well towards Blue Hill Ave. Also, there is a commuter rail stop 5-minute walk from here “Four Corners/Geneva.” Street parking is plenty, free, does not require a permit.

very calm clean environment - both the actaul apartment and everyone else in the building. no parties, lou music or anything like that. this is an ideal place for people who need peace in their lives. We do need roommates with decent credit, so we’ll check credit (normal credit is fine - please just no bad credit)
