The kitchen is large and well equipped with kitchen aid mixer, dishwasher, double ovens and microwave, plates, utensils, etc. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, along with a 1/4 bath. The utilities are included but may be reviewed if there is over-use. There is a television in the bedroom and the kitchen, but landlord does not supply TV service or Wi-Fi service. Tenant will rarely see anyone else. There is a large parking area, and the yard is fenced and secured. The property is 3/4 acre with many fruit trees. The area is quiet and very safe. The public bus runs directly in front with access to most of Ventura County. The weather in East Ventura is optimal. A trustworthy tenant is a must. No guests, smoking inside or pets. Rental term is month to month.

Tenant would rarely see anyone else, as the house is basically unoccupied. It is very private. Owner will come in occasionally to clean other parts of the house, but only with advance notice and will not enter the occupied bedroom.
