About the room
Relatively spacious living room and kitchen area. Heat is included in rent. The electric bill is the only monthly bill. It’s in a busy area with a lot of good food! The apartment is at the corner of Chestnut St and Lark St. I am vegan, so I’d prefer a vegan roommate, but it’s not a deal breaker.
About the roomies
I am very quiet. I work early and go to bed early. Everyone in the building is very friendly.
